Hi Pam, I just wanted to let you know that your Joint Formula is my new favourite product. My girlfriend bought it for me a couple of years ago, hoping it would help my back, but it ended up sitting on my bedside table not getting used. Well, then I badly sprained my ankle about a month ago. In the first week after, I was taking the pain meds I was prescribed, and Advil for the swelling. I suffered some pretty bad side effects from both, so then I was stuck with just the Tylenol I normally take for my headaches, and a prescription topical anti-inflamitory I had also been given for my back. Then one day, a couple weeks ago, I remembered the oil sitting there, took a closer look at it, realized that it was formulated precisely for my current issue, and decided to give it a try. For the first couple days, I was using both it and the prescription stuff I have, but it was making such a noticeable difference, I quit using the cream completely, and for the past week and a half or so, have been using nothing but your oil. When I first sprained it, I was expecting to be in pain for months, especially once I was limited in my choices of pain meds. Now, I can walk on it with almost no pain at all. Yesterday, I probably went a little further than I should have, and when I got home, it was rather swollen again, but I put an extra dose of oil on, and within about an hour, the swelling was gone. It is almost completely healed, less than a month after spraining it. You have an amazing product there (it’s name is definitely not an exaggeration), keep up the good work 😀
