It takes an hour or two to begin working but the effects can last for a few days!
To 4 cups boiling water add 1 tsp each: dried hops, fresh or dried stinging nettle & strawberry leaf, fresh rose petal & walnut leaf, plus 3 tbsp dried sage leaf.
Cover & steep x 1 hour. Strain. If you like to sweeten, honey is loaded with helpful enzymes 🙂 🙂 🙂
